Terms and conditions

Rules for access, publishing, reports and use of the Chikillas directory in its cities.

These terms apply to the use of chikillas.com and its pages for Buenos Aires, Rio de Janeiro, São Paulo, Santiago, Bogotá, Mexico City and Lima. For questions and reports, write to [email protected]. Please also read the privacy policy.

1. Age and access

The site and its directory are intended for adults. You must be at least 18 years old to use any feature aimed at adults. Publishing or linking to sexual content involving minors is not allowed, even if someone claims to have permission. Do not try to bypass age checks or geographic restrictions.

2. The service

Chikillas presents information about profiles and cities and may offer community publishing features when they are enabled. The directory is not a party to any arrangement or communication that people choose to have outside the site. A profile, review or link does not certify identity, background, safety, legality, availability or outcomes.

The directory does not process payments or bookings on behalf of the people listed. Links to WhatsApp and other sites open third-party services with their own terms. The person who publishes is responsible for the accuracy and currency of their content.

3. Listings and community rules

Publish only your own information or that of an adult who has expressly authorized its publication. You must have the right to use every photo, detail and contact method, and provide evidence of authorization or legal age through a secure channel if asked.

It is prohibited to publish, request, offer or facilitate content involving minors; sexual exploitation, trafficking, coercion or violence; intimate images without consent; private data, home addresses or real-time location; impersonation; fraud, threats, extortion, harassment, discrimination, spam or intellectual property infringement. You also may not use the site to promote an activity that is not permitted where it is offered.

4. Local rules

National and local laws apply depending on the city, the person, the content and the activity. Being visible on Chikillas does not grant permission or a license for any activity or to operate an establishment.

  • Buenos Aires: do not use the site to arrange conspicuous offers or requests in public spaces outside the conditions allowed by article 97 of the Contraventional Code.
  • Rio de Janeiro and São Paulo: Brazilian law applies, including the ECA Digital, Law 15,211/2025. In São Paulo, Municipal Law 18,304/2025 also applies. For non-consensual intimate images covered by Decree 12,976/2026, a valid notice must be handled within the current legal deadline, currently up to two hours. For guidance, call Ligue 180.
  • Santiago: any content related to the commercial sexual exploitation of minors or child sexual abuse material is prohibited, in accordance with, among other laws, Chile’s Law 21,522.
  • Bogotá: a listing does not authorize establishments or activities outside the zones permitted by land-use rules; see District Decree 335 of 2009, which repealed Decree 188 of 2002.
  • Mexico City: content that promotes or facilitates trafficking or exploitation is not allowed; see the General Law on human trafficking.
  • Lima: trafficking and exploitation of persons are prohibited under, among other laws, Law 28,950.

5. Content and permissions

You keep your rights over what you contribute. To provide the requested feature, you authorize Chikillas to host, adapt to the format and display that content on a non-exclusive basis limited to the service. We do not acquire ownership of the material or permission to use it in advertising unrelated to the service. The authorization ends when the content is removed, except for temporary technical copies, uses already made by third parties or retention required by law.

6. Reports, removal and moderation

Write to [email protected] to report impersonation, private data, unauthorized use of images, risk of exploitation or illegal material, or to request the removal of a listing or an image. Use the subject “Removal” when you request a removal. Include the URL and explain the problem; do not attach intimate images or identity documents. Chikillas may hide, correct or remove listings, request evidence, suspend accounts or restrict access where there are reasonable grounds to protect people, enforce these terms or respond to a valid request.

The advertiser console lets you create an account and prepare a draft, but it does not yet let you submit it for review or publish it. The forum, at foro.chikillas.com, is also governed by its own rules. Before receiving user content from people in Brazil, Chikillas must provide a free, easy and permanent channel and an operational process to handle notices within the applicable legal deadlines. A report never requires forwarding or downloading intimate material.

7. Changes and rights

We may update these terms or suspend features to maintain security and comply with the law. We will publish the current version and its date. Nothing here limits non-waivable privacy, consumer or access-to-justice rights.
